Chief of Raw Mills & Kiln Section

About the role

A leading industrial company in the Tabuk/NEOM region is looking for an experienced Chief to lead the Raw Mills & Kiln Section. The role is responsible for stable kiln operation, raw meal quality, and optimal fuel and energy efficiency across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all raw mill and kiln operations to meet production, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Manage a team of production supervisors, operators, and field technicians across multiple shifts.
• Monitor kiln stability, raw meal chemistry and coordinate corrective actions with Quality Control.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce fuel and power consumption.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental standards in kiln and raw mill operations.
• Coordinate planned shutdowns and major maintenance activities with the Maintenance Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cement plant production, including raw mill and kiln operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of pyro‑processing and raw mill operations.
• Proven leadership and team‑management skills.
