Chief Sales Officer - Digital Transformation (Enterprise Software)

About the role

InnovationTeam, a provider of enterprise software solutions and system integration services, is looking for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead its enterprise software sales. The CSO drives business growth, leads a high-performance sales team, builds strategic client relationships and manages vendor partnerships. The role reports directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with the company's objectives and growth targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Software Sales Managers.
• Secure high-value enterprise deals in government, ICT, banking and large enterprises.
• Strengthen partnerships with technology vendors such as Pega, IBM, Google Cloud Apigee and Contentsquare.
• Work with pre-sales, delivery and product teams on solution selling.
• Drive revenue from system integration, AI/LLM solutions, low-code platforms and CX innovations.
• Represent the company in client and partner meetings, industry events and strategic forums.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• 15+ years in enterprise software sales and system integration, including software development (web, mobile Android and iOS).
• At least 5 years as a CSO or equivalent senior sales leadership role.
• Proven track record selling complex IT solutions to the Saudi government, ICT, health care and large enterprises.
• Experience managing partnerships and licenses with global vendors.
• Saudi national with excellent English; speaking Digital Business preferred.

Required skills

• Pega, IBM Integration, DotCMS and Google Cloud Apigee expertise.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM solutions, chatbots and Contentsquare.
• Preferred certifications: Pega PCBA/PCSA, IBM IIB/Cloud Pak, Google Cloud Apigee, AI/LLM and Contentsquare knowledge.
