Chief Strategy Officer

About the role

Our client is a large Saudi‑based diversified group operating across consumer, services and industrial sectors. The Chief Strategy Officer will lead corporate strategy, long‑range planning and growth initiatives, working directly with the board and CEO to define strategic priorities, evaluate new markets and assess investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead corporate strategy, long‑range planning and group‑wide growth initiatives.
• Define strategic priorities, evaluate new markets and assess investment opportunities.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee market intelligence, competitive analysis and performance tracking.
• Support M&A, partnerships and portfolio reshaping initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior strategy leadership experience in large groups, investment environments or top‑tier consulting firms.
• Strong exposure to portfolio strategy and growth planning.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical rigour, commercial insight and executive presence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
