About the role
The Civil Construction Supervisor will lead all civil works for STC telecommunications projects in Riyadh. This role ensures that site preparation, foundations, and related structures are built safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities for STC projects, including site preparation, foundations, tower bases, shelters, handholes, manholes, duct banks, and trenching.
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and STC standards.
- Monitor subcontractors and on‑site teams to verify compliance with project requirements and safety regulations.
- Oversee civil works related to telecom sites, towers, shelters, and fiber‑optic infrastructure, guaranteeing alignment with project schedules and budgets.
- Maintain quality control throughout the construction process and address any deviations promptly.
