Civil Engineer

About the role

The Civil Engineer will oversee the maintenance, inspection, and repair of civil and structural elements within Enova's facilities in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures safety, functionality, and longevity of assets while supporting preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life‑cycle of fit‑out projects, from client brief to handover.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop fit‑out plans that meet space utilization, building codes, and client requirements.
• Analyse existing building conditions, including structural and MEP systems, to assess feasibility and identify challenges.
• Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings, using BIM when applicable.
• Oversee subcontractors, ensuring compliance with plans, budget, and schedule.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve quality issues, and enforce safety regulations.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, proactively mitigating risks.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Stay updated on fit‑out industry trends, sustainable practices, and new materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (96 months) in civil/structural maintenance and fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) standards.
