Claims & Billing Associate (Entry Level)

About the role

This is an entry‑level training position focused on handling insurance claims and billing activities for MAGRABi Retail Group. You will support the Revenue Cycle Management team by processing claims, reconciling data, and preparing billing reports.

Key responsibilities

• Submit claims for assigned insurance partners throughout the monthly cycle and reconcile system data against insurance data to spot variances.
• Update records to improve claim quality, reduce rejections, and perform re‑submissions with supporting documentation.
• Analyse feedback on rejected claims, identify rejection drivers, and re‑adjudicate invalid rejections.
• Assist the Revenue Cycle Management team with monthly billing, rejection reports, and collection analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Data Analysis.
• No prior work experience required; entry‑level training provided.
• Preferred exposure to insurance claim processing, general accounting, accounts receivable or payable, and finance data analysis.
