Cleaning Supervisor for a Female School

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Cleaning Supervisor to lead housekeeping teams in a female school environment. You will ensure that all areas are kept tidy, hygienic, and meet safety standards while delivering excellent service to students and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance procedures
• Oversee daily staff activities and verify cleanliness of all areas
• Implement and monitor the cleaning schedule for the school
• Plan shifts, arrange replacements for absences, and manage staff attendance
• Educate the team on hygiene, tidiness, and sanitation standards
• Motivate staff, resolve on‑the‑job issues, and handle customer complaints
• Monitor and replenish cleaning product inventories
• Participate in large‑scale cleaning projects as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies throughout the facility

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
• Hands‑on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks in large organizations
• Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment and use related products
• Strong organizational and team‑management capabilities
• Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma (a plus, not mandatory)
