Client Advisor – Luxury Watches, Jewelry & Fashion

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Advisor to join our luxury retail team. You will deliver exceptional service to customers interested in high‑end watches, jewelry and fashion, helping them find the perfect pieces while driving store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations to customers.
• Understand client preferences and build a VIP customer database for follow‑up.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked sales floor and attractive merchandise displays.
• Process sales accurately using the POS system, handling cash and card payments.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns and complaints promptly, escalating to management when needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and contribute to overall store success.
• Stay informed on current promotions, new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably watches or jewelry, with a focus on VIP client service.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
