Client Advisor – Luxury Watches, Jewelry & Fashion

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Advisor to join our luxury retail team. You will deliver exceptional service to customers, drive sales of watches, jewelry and fashion items, and help create a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product information and personalized recommendations to customers.
• Build and maintain a VIP customer database, following up on their needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and arrange merchandise displays.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets.
• Stay informed on promotions, campaigns and new product launches.
• Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Manage after‑sales service and support.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably watches or jewelry, with a focus on VIP customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic math skills for transaction handling.
