Clinical Application Specialist – EMEA (Remote Field Role)

About the role

The Clinical Application Specialist will advise and support healthcare professionals across the EMEA region on ZOLL’s Temperature Management Solutions. This remote, field‑based position focuses on increasing therapy awareness, generating business, and supporting commercial development for acute‑care technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical and scientific presentations using current study knowledge.
• Participate in internal and external training courses, meetings, and conventions.
• Organise round‑table discussions and workshops for physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Provide education on IVTM and surface temperature management therapies.
• Facilitate monthly meetings with new hospital sites.
• Support the sales manager and collaborate with cross‑functional departments.
• Manage customer complaints in line with ZOLL guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital personnel and promote temperature‑management products.

Required profile

• Complete DGKS/P training (preferably with ICU experience).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical or sales experience.
• Experience with resuscitation, post‑cardiac arrest, neurology, or fever management (TTM).
• Background as a medical‑device representative.
• Understanding of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
• Proven ability to teach and educate medical personnel.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); Arabic or French advantageous.
