Clinical Application Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Clinical Application Specialist to join our client’s radiology solutions team in Jeddah. In this role you will provide clinical application support, training, and workflow optimisation for a range of imaging equipment and software.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site clinical application support, product demonstrations and training sessions for radiologists, technologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct workflow assessments, identify optimisation opportunities and recommend application‑based solutions.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including product demos and clinical discussions with sales teams.
• Build strong relationships with end‑users, gather feedback and share market insights with internal teams.
• Collaborate with service, sales and supplier teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging, Radiologic Technology or a related healthcare discipline.
• 2‑5 years of experience in clinical applications, radiology equipment or medical device support.
• Excellent presentation, communication and training abilities, with a strong understanding of radiology workflows.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
