Clinical Psychologist

About the role

The Clinical Psychologist will play a key role in designing, delivering, and evaluating mental‑health services that are integrated within Haraakah’s corporate wellness and sports programs. This full‑time, on‑site position in Al Khobar involves conducting psychological assessments, providing individual and group counseling, and developing evidence‑based interventions that align with the company’s focus on physical activity and mental well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with wellness and events teams to create psychologically informed program content.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to internal staff on mental‑health best practices.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Deliver workshops, psycho‑educational sessions, and mental‑health awareness initiatives for corporate clients.
• Monitor outcomes, analyze data, and recommend improvements to support sustainable behavioral change.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Relevant professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong foundation in psychology and mental health with ability to integrate clinical knowledge into corporate wellness and sports‑based interventions.
• Proficiency in psychological testing, including administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessments for workplace contexts.
• Experience in individual and group counseling, preferably in occupational, sports, or health‑psychology settings.
• Competence in clinical supervision and ability to support multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage), and capacity to work on‑site in Al Khobar while maintaining confidentiality.
