Clinical Training Lead – Saudi Arabia (Field)

About the role

Insulet is seeking a Clinical Training Lead to support the Saudi Arabia market and potentially other MEA territories. You will drive the delivery and tracking of training programs that enable patients, healthcare professionals and distributor staff to use the Omnipod system effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments with distributor partners and design tailored courses.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing clinical training for Omnipod portfolio, including the Omnipod Discover Data Management Platform.
• Collaborate with the Country Manager and cross‑functional teams to achieve training objectives and support capability development.
• Provide account setup, report generation and user training for the Omnipod Discover platform.
• Create and obtain approval for training materials using the Veeva Medical Review (MLR) framework.
• Support pump clinics, support groups, virtual sessions and local conference workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in training, clinical support or insulin‑pump patient management.
• Proven experience in a medical‑device or pharmaceutical commercial role.
• Strong ability to work with distributor partners and external healthcare professionals.
