Cloud Administrator (Azure) - Saudi National

About the role

DeepSource Technologies is looking for a Cloud Administrator with hands-on experience in Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud environments. The role covers managing cloud infrastructure, supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining security and performance, and providing basic infrastructure and network administration support. The position is based in Riyadh, KSA, and is open to Saudi nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, monitor and maintain Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud environments, including virtual machines, storage, networking, backups and security configurations.
• Support cloud infrastructure deployments, upgrades and migrations.
• Monitor system performance, availability and capacity, and troubleshoot cloud, server, network and connectivity issues.
• Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and related services.
• Configure and support VPN connectivity and network security controls.
• Assist in administering FortiGate firewalls and FortiSwitch infrastructure.
• Implement cloud security best practices and compliance requirements, and create technical documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and application teams to ensure service reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in cloud administration and infrastructure support; banking experience is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and good communication and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud.
• Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and virtualization.
• Basic networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing and switching.
• Experience with Fortinet solutions, especially FortiGate firewalls and FortiSwitches (highly desirable).
