Cloud Infrastructure Engineer / Specialist

About the role

The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer works within the Project Delivery organization to design, implement, and support both on‑premise and cloud environments. The role ensures that development, testing, training, and production infrastructures are reliable, secure, and optimised throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, configure and maintain Windows Server services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and IIS.
• Perform patch management, vulnerability assessments and remediation across servers.
• Develop installation manuals and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations.
• Administer firewalls, VPNs and security policies to protect enterprise networks.
• Deploy software updates, monitor system performance and ensure high availability and disaster‑recovery readiness.
• Implement IT security best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with security and network teams to address threats, alerts and vulnerabilities.
• Set up and maintain Production, Development and QA environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and deploying infrastructure for complex applications.
• Saudi national.
• Proven experience with cloud migration projects.

Required skills

• Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS).
• Linux server administration (Ubuntu, Red Hat, CentOS).
• Virtualisation technologies: VMware, Microsoft Hyper‑V, KVM.
• Firewall and VPN configuration, security policy management.
• Patch management, vulnerability assessment and remediation.
• Backup and recovery solutions.
• Understanding of network protocols, server hardening and IT security best practices.
