Cluster Assistant Learning & Development Manager

About the role

The Cluster Assistant Learning & Development Manager will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of learning initiatives across multiple Hilton hotels. Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will partner with hotel leaders to ensure training aligns with business goals and supports continuous employee growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual L&D plan for the assigned hotel cluster.
• Design and deliver onboarding, orientation and mandatory compliance programmes.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs and generate monthly L&D reports and KPIs.
• Manage Hilton learning platforms, digital courses and coordinate with internal and external trainers.
• Support employee development, career planning and succession initiatives.
• Oversee internship, Tamheer and trainee programmes, as well as workshops, career fairs and university partnerships.
• Facilitate training sessions, evaluate effectiveness and implement improvement actions.
• Promote a strong learning culture while ensuring compliance with Hilton policies and HR standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training or HR, preferably in hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage L&D activities independently across multiple hotels.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
