Cluster Director – People & Culture (Saudi Nationals Only)

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Cluster Director of People & Culture will lead strategic talent and culture initiatives for Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea, ensuring the attraction, retention and development of top talent while fostering an inclusive, high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the Cluster Talent & Culture departments across multiple properties.
• Develop and implement talent and culture strategies aligned with the hotel’s nationalisation agenda and local legislation.
• Manage performance, development and budgeting for the Talent & Culture team.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, recognition and wellness programs, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of Saudi employment legislation and experience with pre‑opening projects.
• Proven senior‑level experience in Talent & Culture within luxury hospitality, preferably across multi‑property operations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to motivate teams.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute HR solutions, compensation and benefits programs, and wellness initiatives.
