Cluster Financial Controller

About the role

The Cluster Financial Controller reports to the Group CFO and works closely with the Cluster Executive Director and business unit heads. This senior finance position provides leadership, financial control, reporting and governance across seven operating companies in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance function for all cluster companies, advising senior leaders on performance, profitability, risk and cash‑flow.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis in an SAP‑enabled environment.
• Maintain strong financial controls, oversee internal, external and statutory audits, and ensure compliance with Group policies, delegation of authority and IFRS.
• Manage tax, Zakat and regulatory compliance, including Saudi VAT, withholding tax and corporate tax filings.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance leadership across multi‑sector organisations.
• Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence commercial decisions.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, audit processes and corporate governance.
