Cluster IT Specialist

About the role

The Cluster IT Specialist will support the technology infrastructure of The St. Regis Red Sea Resort. You will install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computer networks, workstations, servers and related hardware/software while ensuring security and reliability for both staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and manage LAN/WAN, network security measures and server systems.
• Provide end‑user support for applications, hardware, software and telephone rooms.
• Train users on proper system use and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Plan and coordinate equipment installations, moves, additions, changes and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all technological devices and manage network disk space.
• Ensure backup media are stored securely and follow all company policies.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of relevant IT experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Physical ability to lift objects up to 50 lb and stand or walk for extended periods.
