Cluster Learning & Development Executive

About the role

As a Cluster Learning & Development Executive you will drive the delivery of onboarding, mandatory and job‑specific training across the cluster, ensuring that every team member has the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional hospitality. You will work closely with department heads and Hilton’s learning platforms to support continuous learning and career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support L&D programs, including onboarding, orientation, mandatory learning and job‑specific training.
• Identify training needs with department managers and follow up on action plans.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance and monitor completion of required programs.
• Prepare regular training reports, KPIs and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback.
• Support employee development initiatives, career fairs, workshops and university partnerships.
• Manage internship, Tamheer and trainee programmes and liaise with internal and external trainers.
• Ensure all training activities comply with Hilton standards and policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training or HR, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
