Cluster Manager – Revenue Optimization

About the role

The Cluster Manager – Revenue Optimization will lead revenue strategy across multiple Red Sea Global Hospitality properties, driving profitability, market share and guest value. You will oversee pricing, inventory, distribution and forecasting to ensure alignment with brand standards and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute cluster‑wide revenue management strategies to maximize room and ancillary revenue.
• Monitor market trends, competitor performance and demand patterns, adjusting pricing and inventory dynamically.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting for rooms revenue and related KPIs.
• Oversee all distribution channels (direct, OTA, GDS, brand.com) to ensure optimal mix, cost efficiency and rate parity.
• Implement initiatives to increase direct bookings and reduce reliance on high‑cost channels.
• Analyze performance metrics (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, Market Share) and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Produce performance dashboards and monthly revenue reports for leadership review.
• Maintain pricing integrity across PMS, CRS and OTA platforms and support system updates.
• Utilize RMS, PMS and BI tools to support data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to align revenue tactics with overall business objectives.
