Cluster Public Relations Manager – Luxury Resorts (Saudi National)

About the role

As the Cluster Public Relations Manager for Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea, you will be responsible for shaping and protecting the public image of two ultra‑luxury resorts in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to corporate PR, you will develop and execute the PR strategy, manage media relations and lead high‑impact events to maximise brand exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage yearly PR action plans and budgets, aligning property‑level initiatives with corporate direction and brand standards.
• Cultivate relationships with journalists, editors, influencers and media representatives; draft press releases, media pitches and organise press conferences, interviews and media appearances.
• Lead the planning, execution and follow‑up of PR events, represent the hotel at conferences, exhibitions and industry events, and support Rooms, F&B and Banquet sales through PR initiatives.
• Develop crisis communication strategies and respond to reputational risks in a professional manner.
• Maintain internal communications, keep staff informed of brand updates and collaborate on corporate publications and cross‑marketing with other Accor properties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum two years of PR experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably within hospitality or luxury brands.
• Strong leadership ability and influence with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident spokesperson with polished presentation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with crisis‑management experience and commercial awareness of ultra‑luxury wellness concepts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in drafting press releases, media pitches and PR materials.
• Experience organising press conferences, media events and brand activations.
• Ability to monitor media coverage and evaluate PR campaign performance.
