Cluster Public Relations Manager – Red Sea Resort

About the role

As the Public Relations Manager for the Red Sea Resort, you will shape and deliver the property's PR strategy, manage media relationships, and oversee high‑impact events. You will act as the guardian of the hotel's public image, ensuring consistent internal and external communication that aligns with brand and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage a yearly (or half‑yearly) PR action plan and budget.
• Drive proactive PR initiatives to maximise brand exposure.
• Align property‑level PR with corporate direction and brand standards.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers and other media representatives.
• Draft and approve press releases, media pitches and other PR materials.
• Organise press conferences, interviews, media appearances, press cocktails and lunches.
• Monitor media coverage and track PR campaign performance.
• Lead preparation, organisation and follow‑up of PR events and represent the hotel at conferences, exhibitions and industry events.
• Develop crisis communication strategies and respond effectively to reputational risks.
• Keep hotel staff informed of relevant company and brand updates and support internal communications.
• Collaborate with other Accor properties for cross‑marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with Corporate Public Relations on group initiatives and participate in annual PR workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of public relations experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership capability and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
