Cluster Reservations Manager – Luxury Resort (Saudi Nationality)

About the role

The incumbent is responsible for materialising budgeted revenues across all hotel segments, focusing on national and international accounts through individual bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all reservation enquiries are handled professionally and promptly to avoid loss of business.
• Conduct training for existing and new agents to improve reservation selling skills.
• Handle and resolve guest issues positively, protecting revenue and ensuring satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain department schedules to provide adequate coverage and maximise call conversion.
• Track calls using conversion sheets and report results daily, weekly and monthly.
• Set and amend selling strategies across channels and segments as directed.
• Run required reports and assist the Director of Revenue Management with system changes.
• Maintain administration procedures, including confirming reservations within 24 hours and processing no‑show charges.
• Conduct annual reviews, recommend succession plans and suggest improvements for the reservation department.
• Monitor incentive programmes to ensure integrity and compliance.

Required profile

• Creativity, stress management, strong listening and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, delegate, organise workflow and meet deadlines consistently.
• Leadership, managing, training and instructing abilities.
• Degree or diploma in Training and Development or Hotel Management.
• Minimum three years experience in a luxury hotel or resort, preferably with pre‑opening exposure.
• Understanding of ultra‑luxury guest expectations and local culture.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Opera property management system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
