Cluster Security Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Cluster Security Manager will lead security operations across the Raffles and Fairmont resorts in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will design and enforce security strategies that protect guests, staff, and assets while supporting an exceptional luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain security policies, procedures and protocols for all cluster properties, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international best practices.
• Lead, train and supervise security personnel, conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of accountability.
• Perform comprehensive risk assessments and threat analyses, recommending preventive measures.
• Manage security technology—including access control, surveillance and alarm systems—to ensure optimal functionality and integration.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, coordinate with local authorities and execute crisis‑management procedures.
• Monitor, analyse and report security incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with hotel management, operations and guest services to balance security requirements with guest experience.
• Maintain detailed security records, audit trails and conduct regular security audits.
• Design and deliver security training programmes for staff at all levels.
• Oversee security budgets and vendor relationships, optimizing resources while maintaining service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in security management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven decision‑making ability and strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated experience in luxury hospitality or similar high‑end environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
