Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer

About the role

Sanabil Studio is building a B2B marketplace that connects large garages in Riyadh with vetted auto‑parts wholesalers. As Co‑Founder & Chief Commercial Officer you will own the two‑sided network, commercial strategy and overall P&L, driving the venture from pilot to a licensed, scaling business.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall P&L and go‑to‑market strategy, scaling the Riyadh marketplace from pilot to a licensed business.
• Negotiate discounts, terms and reliable availability with wholesalers and suppliers.
• Sign, onboard and grow a base of large garages, leading B2B field sales.
• Define pricing and margin strategy across supply and demand sides.
• Build and lead the founding team and manage key relationships with wholesalers, garage chains, insurers and the studio.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years in commercial, general‑manager or founder roles within the auto‑aftermarket, B2B distribution or industrial supply, preferably in KSA/GCC.
• Proven track record of signing both suppliers and customers and scaling a two‑sided or distribution business.
• Deep understanding of Saudi auto‑parts buying, pricing and payment practices with an existing network in Riyadh.
• Experience leading P&L responsibility and building high‑performing teams.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, based in Riyadh.
