Co-Founder & CXO

About the role

We are building a next‑generation fintech platform for the Saudi market and need a Co‑Founder & CXO to shape and scale the operational backbone. You will own Finance, Accounting, HR, Collections and Customer Care, establishing the foundations for rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Finance, Accounting, HR, Collections and Customer Care as an integrated function.
• Build annual operating plans, monthly targets and enforce financial controls.
• Ensure accounting accuracy, closing discipline and compliance with SAMA and NBFI regulations.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning and cost management.
• Design and execute collections strategy, workflow automation and portfolio health monitoring.
• Upgrade HR systems for hiring, onboarding, compensation and performance management.
• Raise customer‑care quality, SLAs and resolution times to improve trust and retention.
• Embed digital tools across all functions to reduce manual work and accelerate execution.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in consumer or micro‑finance in Saudi Arabia with strong finance and accounting background.
• Proven ability to lead multiple functions (Finance, HR, Collections, Customer Care) simultaneously.
• Deep knowledge of SAMA regulations and NBFI operations.
• Track record of scaling operations through digital tools, dashboards and workflow automation.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, capable of interfacing with regulators, partners and internal teams.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Saudi financial regulatory framework (SAMA, NBFI).
• Experience with digital workflow automation and performance dashboards.
