Collections Manager

About the role

The Collections Manager will lead the accounts receivable and collections function for Virtual Vision (V2) in Al Khobar. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures timely recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining a professional, customer‑focused approach. You will work closely with finance, sales and client teams to safeguard cash flow and reduce bad debt.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end collections process, including monitoring aging reports and setting collection targets.
• Communicate with clients about invoices, payment plans and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with finance and sales teams to keep records accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Establish, refine and enforce collection policies and procedures.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements to reduce overdue accounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Strong background in credit control and collections management, with experience in accounts receivable and aging analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP or financial systems, spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to develop and implement collection policies aligned with business goals.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, invoicing and basic accounting.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Experience in technology, cloud services or B2B environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
