Collections Manager – Lead Collections Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Collections Manager to lead and optimise the end‑to‑end collections function for a leading organisation in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will drive recovery performance, minimise delinquency and build a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all collection operations from initiation to resolution.
• Develop and execute strategies that maximise recovery while reducing delinquency.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and launch continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coach, mentor and develop collection teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Legal to enhance collection efficiency.
• Prepare management reports, analyse trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and oversee complex recovery cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of collections experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of collection processes, recovery strategies and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with collection management systems.
• Salesforce knowledge (advantageous).
