Commercial Development Manager – Life Long Nutrition

About the role

The Commercial Development Manager for Life Long Nutrition will drive sustainable growth of the Total Nutrition category. You will translate consumer, shopper and channel insights into commercial strategies, working closely with key customers and internal teams to ensure effective execution and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category and channel strategies aligned with market dynamics.
• Leverage IMS, retail audits, sell‑out data and trends to identify opportunities and shape trade and customer plans.
• Build and maintain profitable relationships with top customers in KSA, ensuring disciplined follow‑up.
• Optimize customer budget allocation, review annual investment plans and monitor spend effectiveness.
• Assess promotion and trade‑spend activities using a Keep/Modify/Drop approach to improve ROI.
• Lead category planning, track performance, identify growth drivers and close execution gaps.
• Define and implement the “Picture of Success” to secure availability, visibility and planogram compliance in‑store and online.
• Ensure strict adherence to the WHO Code and Nestlé commercial policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within nutrition or FMCG.
• Strong leadership, ownership, adaptability and communication skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across functions and stakeholders.
