Commercial Director

About the role

Accor Plus is looking for a visionary Commercial Director to lead its commercial strategy in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. You will be part of the executive team, shaping revenue growth and long‑term success in a fast‑developing market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a high‑performing commercial team to meet targets and KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand market share and penetrate emerging markets.
• Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies and key‑account management.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to guide strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
• Manage budgets, forecast sales and report performance to senior leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles with a proven record of driving growth and profitability.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
