Commercial Director – Pre-opening

About the role

As the Commercial Director for the pre‑opening of Hilton Dammam Airport, you will shape the commercial strategy that drives revenue across all hotel segments. You will work closely with the General Manager, finance, sales and marketing teams to ensure a successful launch and sustained market‑share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated commercial strategies for rooms, food & beverage, leisure, spa, and group & conference events.
• Partner with finance to align pricing, cost of sales and profit targets.
• Lead revenue management activities including pricing, rate strategy and demand forecasting.
• Coordinate on‑property and regional sales, marketing, e‑commerce and public‑relations initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams and external partners.
• Drive team performance through coaching, development and recognition programs.

• Proven experience in commercial leadership within the hospitality industry.
