Commercial & E-Commerce Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial & E-Commerce Analyst to join our team in Riyadh. The role focuses on managing delivery platform accounts, monitoring sales performance, and supporting commercial decision‑making through data analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery platform accounts, including menus, prices, images, availability and operating hours.
• Monitor daily sales, orders, ratings, cancellations, order errors and platform uptime.
• Coordinate promotions and campaigns with Commercial and Marketing teams.
• Reconcile platform settlements, commissions and deductions with Finance.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and KPI reports.
• Analyze sales, pricing, product mix and average check to identify commercial opportunities.
• Follow up with branches on reporting requirements and management action items.
• Support management with accurate commercial analysis and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e‑commerce, delivery platforms, commercial analysis, sales reporting or a related field, preferably in F&B or retail.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication and follow‑up skills.
