Commercial IT Team Lead – Data Migration

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial IT Team Lead to drive a large‑scale data migration and digital transformation programme in Saudi Arabia. You will own the delivery team’s scope, priorities, resources and timelines, ensuring that critical outputs are delivered on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Commercial IT team throughout the data migration programme.
• Define team scope, objectives and key deliverables aligned with overall programme goals.
• Translate programme milestones into clear team‑level deadlines and actionable plans.
• Allocate work, monitor capacity and track progress across team members.
• Ensure delivery stays aligned with scope, timelines, budget and quality expectations.
• Identify and secure tools, resources and skills needed for successful delivery.
• Manage project costs and oversee the team budget allocated by Programme Management.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure delivery progress and team performance.
• Act as the primary interface between senior management and cross‑functional project teams.
• Coordinate with business, IT, data and other stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading IT delivery teams in complex transformation programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an international, remote environment with proactive problem‑solving.
