Commercial Manager

About the role

Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead its commercial operations across Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will drive strategic direction, manage key resources and ensure compliance while supporting a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Commercial Department, defining roles, reviewing performance and supporting professional development.
• Chair internal commercial review meetings and communicate risks, opportunities and project status to senior leadership.
• Implement standardized commercial procedures aligned with corporate policies and governance.
• Collaborate with the estimating team to manage end‑to‑end commercial aspects of projects.
• Prepare contractual and tender submission documents, negotiate guarantees and manage client communications.
• Ensure contracts are executed within documentation boundaries, protect the company from liability and maximize cost recovery.
• Visit sites periodically, coordinate with site managers on progress, variations and final account agreements.
• Evaluate tender responses, negotiate and appoint sub‑contractors or vendors as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial management within the interior fit‑out or construction sector.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Flexibility to work on projects across different locations in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
