Commercial Manager

About the role

The Commercial Manager will lead all commercial and business development activities for the Saudi Arabian market, with a primary focus on Saudi Aramco and related government contracts. Reporting to headquarters, the role oversees the full commercial cycle from tendering to invoicing while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the commercial team and coordinate closely with HQ.
• Conduct market research, pricing support and competitor analysis.
• Manage proposals, tendering, budgets, documentation and post‑tender negotiations.
• Handle contracts, invoicing, regulatory filings and vessel‑related commercial reporting.
• Support finance with budgets and monthly updates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially with Saudi Aramco and its contractors.
• Negotiate payments, collections and keep CRM data up‑to‑date.
• Develop new business pipelines and represent the company at industry events.
• Manage government interactions, maintain permits and update Aramco systems monthly.
• Lead ZATCA e‑invoicing compliance, cybersecurity and ESG certifications.
• Oversee invoicing team, SAP and Aramco portal submissions, and IKTVA reporting.
• Coordinate with operations, insurance, risk, legal and IT on KSA matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading commercial teams in the oil & gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco tendering and contract processes.
• Familiarity with Saudi government regulations, ZATCA e‑invoicing and ESG requirements.
• Ability to manage complex client relationships and negotiate large‑scale contracts.
