Commercial Manager (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Commercial Manager leads all commercial and business development activities in Saudi Arabia, ensuring growth, client satisfaction and full compliance with headquarters and local regulations. The role is heavily focused on Saudi Aramco, government requirements and the end‑to‑end commercial cycle from tendering to invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the commercial team, coordinate with HQ and oversee market research, pricing support and competitor analysis.
• Manage proposals, tendering, budgets, documentation and post‑tender negotiations.
• Handle contracts, invoicing, regulatory filings and vessel‑related commercial reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Saudi Aramco, its contractors and vessel owners.
• Negotiate payments, collections and keep CRM data up‑to‑date.
• Gather market intelligence and represent the company at industry events.
• Maintain government permits, update Aramco systems monthly and ensure ZATCA e‑invoicing compliance.
• Lead invoicing team, support SAP and Aramco portal submissions, and manage IKTVA reporting and audits.
• Coordinate with Operations, Insurance, Risk, Legal and IT on KSA matters and produce internal commercial reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial management, preferably within the oil & gas sector.
• Demonstrated ability to work with Saudi Aramco and government entities.
• Strong analytical skills for market research, pricing and competitor analysis.
