Commercial Marketing Manager (12‑month contract)

About the role

Tahaluf, the leading B2B events organiser in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a commercially‑driven Commercial Marketing Manager on a 12‑month contract. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑channel campaigns for a portfolio of global B2B events across cybersecurity, fintech and technology, generating high‑quality leads and supporting revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise email, content, digital and automation campaigns on schedule.
• Build and manage audience segments and automations in a CRM platform (Salesforce, Eloqua or equivalent).
• Collaborate with brand, attendee marketing and sales teams to align activities with pipeline goals.
• Report on performance, provide data‑driven recommendations and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to accelerate content creation and streamline repetitive tasks.
• Identify trends and repurpose assets across the event portfolio.
• Contribute to future marketing strategy based on campaign analysis and commercial results.

Required profile

• Commercially minded with a strong focus on lead generation and revenue impact.
• Self‑sufficient, able to work remotely or from Riyadh with minimal supervision.
• Data‑oriented, comfortable analysing metrics and adjusting tactics accordingly.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce or Eloqua (or similar CRM platforms).
• Proficiency in building automated marketing workflows.
• Familiarity with AI content tools such as ChatGPT.
