About the role

We are looking for a Saudi woman with strong commercial acumen and extensive corporate connections to lead Saudiaat’s partnership initiatives. The Commercial Partner will drive large‑scale hiring projects that support Vision 2030 and expand opportunities for skilled Saudi women.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive corporate partnership strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with large corporations across Saudi Arabia.
• Identify and secure large‑scale hiring projects for Saudiaat’s talent pool.
• Leverage personal and professional networks to expand platform reach.
• Represent Saudiaat as a dynamic brand ambassador in corporate environments.
• Drive strategic initiatives aligned with Vision 2030 employment goals.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• 5–7 years of managerial experience in corporate settings.
• Proven track record of successful business development.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi corporate ecosystem.
• Extensive network within large corporate entities.
• Strategic and dynamic commercial thinker with an ambitious, goal‑oriented mindset.
• Exceptional relationship‑building skills and passion for women’s professional empowerment.
