Commercial Specialist

About the role

Fly Red Sea is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support its commercial function, develop client relationships, and drive revenue growth for its air‑mobility services. The role will work closely with sales, finance, legal and operations teams to ensure competitive pricing and compliant contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, preparing tailored proposals, quotations and tenders for aviation‑related services.
• Negotiate commercial terms and secure favorable contracts.
• Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and customer demand to maintain accurate pricing structures.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure profitability and accurate revenue forecasts.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships, respond to inquiries, organise visits and presentations.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing and managing commercial contracts in partnership with Legal and Operations.
• Prepare regular commercial reports and analysis for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial, sales or business development, preferably in aviation or hospitality.
• Experience in market research and customer account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of aviation services, regulations and operational processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems.
