Commercial Specialist

About the role

Fly Red Sea, a subsidiary of Red Sea Global operating air mobility services for its Red Sea destinations, is looking for a Commercial Specialist. The role supports the commercial function by developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, managing commercial contracts and ensuring competitive pricing and service offerings that align with company objectives, while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base, and develop tailored proposals, quotations and tenders for aviation-related services.
• Take part in negotiations to secure favourable commercial terms.
• Monitor competitors, industry trends and customer demand, maintain accurate pricing structures and work with Finance on profitability and revenue forecasts.
• Maintain long-term client relationships, respond quickly to inquiries, complaints and feedback, and organise client visits, presentations and meetings.
• Help draft, review and manage commercial contracts with Legal and Operations, ensure compliance with company policies and aviation regulations, and track contract performance and renewals.
• Prepare commercial performance reports and sales forecasts, analyse data for trends and growth opportunities, and present findings to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial, sales or business development, preferably in aviation or hospitality.
• Experience in market research and managing customer accounts.
• Professional training in sales or commercial negotiations is an advantage.
