Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes that are visually appealing and flavorful.
• Maintain ownership of your workstation, monitoring supplies, equipment, and waste.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, complying with local regulations.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks to support the team and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lb (23 kg), including bending and kneeling.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills (reading, writing, simple maths).
• Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Compliance with local food‑handling and alcohol‑serving laws; must be above the legal age and fluent in the local language.
• Strong communication skills; friendly and approachable.
