Commissioning Specialist Instrument / Analyzer

About the role

We are seeking a Commissioning Specialist Instrument / Analyzer to join a large refinery extension project in Saudi Arabia. The specialist will lead pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities for the instrumentation and analyzer discipline, ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee that HSE standards are the top priority throughout all activities.
• Coordinate, review and approve the quality and completeness of all deliverables.
• Support Commissioning Unit leaders by witnessing and monitoring pre‑commissioning and commissioning tasks.
• Review pre‑commissioning dossiers and track progress of Instrument / Analyzer commissioning.
• Ensure all work follows the OPERCOM® methodology and project schedule.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or higher.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in instrumentation / analyzer commissioning within oil & gas refineries.
• Strong knowledge of EPCC contract management and OPERCOM® processes.
• Methodical, organized, team‑oriented and fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
