Communication Supervisor – Corporate Communications

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Communication Supervisor to lead corporate communications initiatives within a large‑scale destination development organization. The role will strengthen the organization’s reputation, manage media relations, support executive communications and ensure consistent messaging across internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate communication plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage relationships with local, regional and international media to enhance brand visibility.
• Draft, review and distribute press releases, media statements, executive speeches and corporate announcements.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Support crisis communication and reputation management initiatives.
• Coordinate communication activities for major projects, milestones, events and partnerships.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to create communication materials that align with corporate messaging.
• Build and maintain relationships with government entities, industry partners, investors and consultants.
• Support internal communication programs that promote employee engagement and culture.
• Ensure all materials comply with governance, brand standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Track communication effectiveness and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in corporate communications, media relations or stakeholder engagement.
• Proven track record managing relationships with local and international media.
• Experience in publicly listed companies is highly preferred.
• Exposure to destination development, tourism, hospitality, real estate or large‑scale infrastructure projects is advantageous.
