Communications & Public Affairs Partner

About the role

The Communications & Public Affairs Partner will act as a strategic catalyst for Roche Diagnostics Saudi Arabia, driving internal and external communications, public affairs, and reputation management. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the role partners closely with senior leadership to shape culture and support transformational journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to the General Manager and Saudi Lead Team, translating vision into communication strategies.
• Design and lead internal communication and change‑management programs to support organisational transformation.
• Concept, plan and execute high‑impact internal events, town halls and engagement initiatives.
• Develop external positioning strategies to enhance Roche Diagnostics’ reputation in the Saudi healthcare ecosystem.
• Coach media spokespersons and senior leaders for public engagements and executive positioning.
• Collaborate with the Middle East Regional Communications Lead to align national and regional strategies.
• Manage agencies, event organisers and creative vendors to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Saudi national with proven experience in corporate communications, public affairs or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and influence organisational culture.
• Strong track record of designing and delivering internal engagement and change‑management initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
