Communications Specialist (Education & Advancement)

About the role

Eram Talent is hiring a Communications Specialist in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to support strategic communications for the Education & Advancement sector. The role creates high-quality written, visual and digital content, including executive presentations, reports, campaigns, announcements and event materials, aligned with KAUST branding and communication standards. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and edit corporate communications, reports, presentations, newsletters and digital content.
• Support communication campaigns, strategic initiatives and leadership communications.
• Create executive-level presentations and visual materials using PowerPoint and Canva.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, GBC, designers and external vendors.
• Support event communications, branding materials, invitations, signage and digital assets.
• Maintain communication calendars, project trackers, timelines and approvals.
• Ensure all materials meet quality and brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Corporate Communications, PR, Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in communications, corporate communications, marketing or a related field.
• Experience in higher education, government, research or corporate environments is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva.
• Visual storytelling, presentation design and corporate branding.
• Stakeholder coordination and project management.
