AlUla Club is seeking a talented and highly motivated Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in developing and executing strategic communication plans designed to elevate our brand identity and foster deep engagement with our diverse stakeholders.

Missions principales

• Internal Communication: Develop and implement internal strategies, including the creation of newsletters, corporate announcements, and supporting internal club events to ensure seamless information flow.
• External Communication & Media Relations: Craft compelling content for media, fans, sponsors, and community partners, while managing press releases and maintaining strong media relationships.
• Content Development & Campaign Support: Collaborate closely with Marketing and Social Media teams to create, edit, and review high-quality assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Crisis Management: Provide critical support during sensitive situations by coordinating rapid responses and monitoring media coverage to protect the club's reputation.
• Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns, media coverage, and engagement levels to provide actionable insights for improvement.

Profil recherché

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 0 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in a communications role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
