Communications Technician – IT & Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a Communications Technician to support the technology infrastructure at our Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Makkah. The role involves installing, maintaining and troubleshooting IT equipment, PBX systems and guest internet services to ensure reliable performance for both staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate installations, moves, additions, changes and enhancements of IT and telecommunications equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PBX/telephone switchboard systems and associated hardware.
• Resolve non‑routine hardware, software and guest room internet access issues.
• Maintain inventory of technology devices and ensure secure access to computer and telephone rooms.
• Analyze processes, recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of related work experience in IT or telecommunications.
• No formal high‑school diploma or GED required.
• No supervisory experience or specific certifications required.
