Community Executive – Resident Experience

About the role

The Resident Experience & Hospitality Supervisor leads the delivery of a hospitality‑driven residential environment, acting as the primary on‑site representative for resident engagement. The role blends community activation, lifestyle programming, and day‑to‑day operations to create a vibrant, service‑oriented living experience comparable to a 4‑5 star hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute community activation initiatives, including lifestyle programs, events, and resident engagement activities.
• Source, coordinate, and manage instructors and vendors for fitness, wellness, and recreational services.
• Oversee facility and amenity bookings, ensuring fair allocation and compliance with usage guidelines.
• Serve as the main point of contact for resident inquiries, complaints, and service requests, escalating major issues as needed.
• Coordinate resident transport services, including school bus scheduling and community mobility initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote events and maintain high visibility of community offerings.

Required profile

• Proven background in hospitality, guest relations, or resort‑style operations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to manage multiple resident touchpoints.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
