Community & Partnerships Manager

About the role

Tamatem Games, the leading mobile games publisher in the MENA region, is looking for a passionate Community & Partnerships Manager to be its on‑ground representative in Saudi Arabia. You will act as the bridge between the company, local gamers, brands and industry stakeholders, helping to grow Tamatem’s presence across the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Tamatem at gaming, entertainment and industry events throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Build and nurture relationships with brands, sponsors, government entities, gaming organisations and strategic partners.
• Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for games and events.
• Support partnership negotiations and coordinate execution with internal teams.
• Stay closely connected with the Saudi gaming community, tracking trends, player behaviours and cultural moments.
• Develop relationships with gaming clubs, universities and local organisations to strengthen ecosystem presence.
• Discover and engage Saudi gaming influencers and content creators, supporting influencer campaigns and community activations.
• Plan, organise and execute community events, tournaments and local activations, handling all logistics and on‑site execution.

Required profile

• At least 36 months of experience in events marketing, community management, partnerships or business development.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi gaming ecosystem and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for gaming and the MENA market.
